I used to use Quizlet when I was in high school, but as I got older I started to use it for both college and other things (e.g. new jobs). I eventually upgraded to the annual premium plan and I couldn’t recommend it more. I’ve used a lot of other studying apps and this one seems to really do the trick for me. I truly appreciate the makers of this app, it’s helped me throughout my degree immensely

The app layout recently changed, it really awkward to use. The save button is missing, and I hate the new Quizlet update. Having to scroll down every single time just to edit a card is so annoying.

I’m a 9th grader now, but I’ve used it since it’s 4th grade and it’s never done me bad. If you want to ace your tests and quizzes, then quizlet is the one for you.

This app has gotten really bad lately. It keeps showing weird and annoying messages for no reason frequently. It used to be much better, but now it’s becoming frustrating to use.
Quizlet has taken something incredibly simple, creating a flashcard, and made it unnecessarily difficult. The design seems built around the assumption that Quizlet knows better than the user what they want to study and how they want to study it. Manual creation and importing go from bad to worse, making it surprisingly difficult to get your own information into the system correctly. The result is a very high-tech, very polished gold-in/garbage-out system. The basic tools should be simpler, not harder.
The new update has made creating new flashcards for a set or editing the description much more difficult and time-consuming, and it no longer saves your progress if you pause in the middle of entering flashcards—which I discovered after stepping away for a few hours and coming back to discover 2 hours worth of flashcard entries hadn’t saved. :/

This app is a very useful tool for studying
It’s a pretty good learning tool, but it would be perfect if we had more control over the cards. I want to be able to rearrange the order of the cards, copy and transfer cards between sets, and edit the text of the cards all in the app. By “edit the text of the cards”, I mean without backing out of the set to go into a separate edit mode. Let me edit the cards by tapping the gear in the corner.

It told me that 732÷2 what is 244 which is obviously incorrect. I reported the question and then it asked it to me again wanting the same incorrect answer.
Quizlet used to be instrumental to my studying. Now I have to pay to use it for more than like 5 minutes. Devastating. I feel like I wasted my time making all my flash cards just to not be able to use them.

Quizlet used to be awesome - and free. I’m not sure why the subscriptions are so expensive… they barely give you anything for what they’re worth. The only thing that helps a person to study is the learn section, but to get the unlimited you have to get a PLUS subscription. And there is no great features to that either and it is almost $50 a year for something AI can do for free. B.S.

Before we continue. . . . Press and hold to confirm you are human(and not a bot). That’s all this app offers. If the only function is to confirm that I’m human, it works. Otherwise it doesn’t work. All I can do is prove that I’m not a bot by holding a button on the screen over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. In the brief glimpses I see of other features, it doesn’t appear to be synced with the web version of what I’ve been studying. Mostly it’s like some kind of social experiment to see how many times I’ll keep holding the button on the screen to prove I’m human.

Learning a new language as a 73yo boomer was a real challenge using 3x5 cards. I thought, “There’s gotta be a better way.” Then, I found Quizlet. I imported my vocab MS Word list, and I’ve been using Quizlet ever since. It has much more utility than I currently need, but as a school teacher of 32 years, I can definitely see how useful it would have been for my classes. I’m using my iPad and the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish I could alphabetize my flashcards using the “Edit” screen or using cluck-and-drag to reorder items.

I used to love using quizlet to help me study it was my #1 took awhile back. trying to use it now is pointless, anything you do you have to pay for and the app is not helpful if you only use the free version
